Account Deletion
Delete in the app
Sign in, open You, choose Settings, select Delete Account, and enter the displayed confirmation code. Deletion is processed immediately and does not require contacting support.
What is deleted
Your login, private profile information, preferences, notification token, profile image are removed. Tables transfer to another member where possible or are archived.
Shared records
Game and settlement history belonging to other participants remains available. Your account link is removed, but a display name may remain in those shared records so results continue to balance.
Subscriptions
Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store subscription. Cancel the subscription through your Apple account before deleting if you do not want it to renew.
Cannot access the app
Email support@homepoker.pro from the address associated with your account. We may verify account ownership before processing an external deletion request.
