Using Home Poker
Home Poker is a private-group organisation and scorekeeping service. It does not offer gambling, matchmaking for public games, prizes, wagering, banking or money transmission. You must be at least 18 and ensure that your games and use of the service comply with the laws that apply where you play.
Trial and subscription
Each account receives 30 days of full access without payment details. After the trial, an active Home Poker Annual subscription is required to create tables or start and join new games. You can continue to view stats, history and settlements, and finish or settle a game that was already active when access ended.
Billing
Home Poker Annual is an auto-renewing yearly subscription sold through Apple. Your storefront shows the price and currency before purchase. Your store account is charged when you confirm the purchase, and the subscription renews yearly unless you cancel through your store account. Cancellation stops future renewals; paid access continues through the current billing period. Refunds are handled under the applicable store policy.
Game and settlement records
Only enter information you are authorised to share. Check every amount before a host closes a game or confirms a settlement. Home Poker calculates and records settlement instructions but does not initiate, hold, transfer or guarantee funds between players.
Accounts and removal
Keep your account secure. You can permanently delete it from Settings. Shared game records may retain a display name where needed to preserve other players' results. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in your store account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Home Poker for unlawful gambling, public game solicitation, collecting a commission, fraud, harassment, or content that infringes another person's rights. We may restrict access when needed to protect users or comply with law.
Service availability
The service is provided as available. You remain responsible for verifying game entries, results and settlement records. To the extent permitted by law, Home Poker is not liable for player disputes, lost profits or indirect losses arising from use of the service.
